Has any other Ohio citizens had problems with the administrative staff of the Ohio Supreme Court (clerks office) not adhereing to the Rules of practice? I have had several issues with things like documents which are unsigend, late, out of rule, and fraud being acepted and filed in my case(s). I have also witnessed crimes known as obstruction of justice, forgery, tampering with records, and tampering with evidence all happening in the clerks office of the Supreme Court of Ohio. the evidence in in the record and avaiable on line. Corruption at the clerks office seems to be a very real deterant to our legal system and every right we have concerning redress in civil law. I would like comment from anybody who has suspicion of documents filed by the clerk not being within the rules, as promulgated by The Supreme Court of Ohio.
