Has anybody else noticed that every time a newspaper or news website spits out abuse at anti McCanns the comments are disabled ? Our freedom of speech has never been allowed other than on Twitter and FB. Must be really hurting them they cant shut us up on the biggest platforms available. I am not a troll and object to being labelled as one just because I dont buy into the one sided news reports. I dont and never have tweeted, texted or messaged the McCanns regarding my beliefs! They state they do not read or access Twitter yet are affected by the vile abuse ... Really ? If someone said shite about me on FB or Twitter I hit the block button ! But in their own admission they arent on either ! Maybe Sweepyface said some horrible things but I have seen an archive of her Tweets and not one was a direct threat towards the McCanns but a rant of her own opinion of them. She was made a target and lost her safety due to the stupid revealing of her identity along with screenshots of other peoples tweets and posts. This was the ultimate cause of her death and what do I see on Twitter ? The kind of hate and vile abuse aimed at this lady stating she deserved to die. WTF is being done about these tweets ? Are the police going to go through every piece of shit on Twitter and name and shame them ? Of course not you would need a special force for that ! This Troll accusation is not aimed at anyone on social media because they know what a real troll is, this campaign was aimed at offliners who dont understand how social media works, hence the clever substitution of tweet with txt knowing many will assume these so called threats were sent direct to the McCanns They made a mistake giving out a list of groups and pages because this backfired, the groups of Trolls are now growing and hopefully the truth will be seen by more people. If policing of this is happening they should start with Kate McCann who said the most vile and threatening things about Mr Goncales Amaral, the police officer who has lost everything to get the truth for her little girl !
