Has anyone been keeping up with this Ebola Virus spread? I feel like this could end up being a worldwide crisis like the movie Contagion...... or World War Z. For all of you that don’t know, in west Africa there is a spread of Ebola that seems to be getting bigger everyday and whole towns are being quarantined....But I have a feeling that a virus has already reached Melbourne. There are always weekly cases of increased heart rate, anxious behaviour, over excitement and sometimes over the top celebratory antics....hold on....these aren’t symptoms of a virus... these are symptoms of FRIDAY. That’s right ladies and gents we’ve made it yet again. Call the doctor, give him the news I got a serious case of loving Fridays (Robert Palmer song reference). When diagnosed with loving Fridays, it is recommended that you 1. Spread the love to those around you 2. Stay hydrated with beer, wine or spirits and 3. Dance profusely in order to deplete already high levels of energy and avoiding cardiac arrest from too much EXCITEMENT. There has been many worldwide virus that we have cured, swine flu, SARS, that’s all I can think of. But this is one condition that I never want to be cured of. This could be very similar to World War Z, the zombies in that movie were in a unnegotiable craze where they would be attracted to noise and couldn’t help but put their mouths on people and when you really think about it, is that really much different to a night out in a club? So take your vitamins and eat well because you’re going to need to stay healthy when you go through the symptoms of another HAPPY FRIDAY EVERYONE.
