Has anyone formerly on Club Lanzarote water been to register with Canal for their new supply yet? I can understand Canal wanting a new direct debit mandate, but to provide photocopies and originals of the the padron, passport and house deeds and a Club Lanzarote contract and old bill seems way over the top. I assume Club Lanzarote wouldnt provide the database of current customers, so Canal have made it our problem.
