Has just been confirmed........landlord is a twat!!!!! He just did to showings of flat and told them both no probs with mould or damp etc and has uped the rent to 585pcm!!!!!! And tild them thats what we paid!!!! These people have kids so i will warn them somehow!!!! Got one coming back monday with his wife i volunteered to do the viewing saves him driving from bexhill and i got a very short NO!!! I need to be there!!!! Think someone is worried we may put them off!!!! Perhaps i will move the mattress so the damp and peeling paint in the bedroom can be seen see him explain that one away!!!!!!! Twat!!!!!
