Has this ever happened to you??... The restaurant has tons of empty tables, but youre told theres a 15 minute wait. Seats in waiting are are taken by others (waiting)... but yet youre told you cant wait in the bar area either (which is also empty). HUH? #CustomerService is SOOOO important! Explain youre understaffed (or whatever) and try to make people comfortable who WANT to spend money w/ you. Issues happen in business... but honesty, respect and going the extra mile go such a long way toward repeat business. Needless to say... I took my out-of-town guest someplace else. Thank you Joes Crab Shack Official Page... you were also understaffed, but you welcomed us, hustled and treated us like it was a pleasure to have us. Glad you got our business instead today. :)
