Hasakah province: Clashes took place last night between regime and rebel forces by the Panorama roundabout of the Ghweiran neighbourhood, in south Hasakah city, reports of dead and injured in both sides. Regime forces bombarded the cemetery area. A rebel faction has detained a Syrian Kurdish civilian, on the al-Sad checkpoint by al-Tweina town, the detainee is a student and was heading at the time to his university in Hasakah city. He has since been freed but was kept by the rebels for 11 hours and was very badly tortured.
