Haunt Season 2014 has officially come to a close, and I can - TopicsExpress

Haunt Season 2014 has officially come to a close, and I can honestly say that I have had one of the most productive and challenging Halloween seasons of my career this year! It was an amazing couple of months, and I have met a lot of really talented artists along the way! - Baltimore Ghost Tours presents the Original Fells Point Haunted Pub Crawl! Tours continue through December and start up again in April, so there is still time to catch one! - Room Escape Adventures D.C. presents Trapped in a Room with a ZOMBIE!, is open ALL YEAR-ROUND! Dont let the fact that Halloween is over stop you from testing your zombie survival skills! - Performing Arts at CCBC presents Fat Pig was a wonderful piece and a very challenging role. As a fat positive and body positive actor, I was honored to perform the part of Helen as a special guest alumni performer artist in a play that means a lot to me personally. - Milburn Stone Theatre presents Night of the Living Dead was an amazing show! It really was a dream come true for me, as an actor, a makeup artist, a zombie enthusiast, a horror fan and a theater artist. To be able to put my zombies on a theatrical stage was a thrilling experience. I was so proud of all of my ghouls and all of their hard work! - Northeast Middle School #49 was kind enough to invite me back for a second year in a row. I gave demonstrations to three different art classes over the course of two days, showing them my research and sketching process, my work in shock trauma moulage fx and we even did a zombie makeup demonstration! What a great group of kids! I cant wait to work with them again! This year I have performed in and designed some very important pieces for me. I have given spooky tours and terrified avid zombie lovers. I have found myself numerous job opportunities in environments that really encourage fellow actors and their individual artistic pursuits, where actors are truly respected. I have discovered a haunt where I can be a zombie all year round! I have worked hands-on with Gwar in their first ever haunted house, and hugged Hershel himself of The Walking Dead. I have traveled to Baltimore, Washington DC and Virginia to work as an actor, hauntertainer and special fx artist. Haunt Season 2014 was one crazy ride. I cant wait to see whats next! Happy Haunting 🎃
