Have been honestly waiting for Pioneer to drop the ball on a standalone deck with the CD drive completely omitted. And the price is going to be set at half the price of a CDJ-2000Nexus? I think this will be the next game changer, considering that Pioneer decks are competing with its own lead in the controller market. I am now highly considering letting go of the CDJ-2000s and going on to these guys. I will wait a year to see if this is just the introduction gear, and perhaps a Nexus model maybe following.
