Have had a really lovely fun day out with friends Emma and Penny. We drove to Bhaltos, had a picnic, explored, had a lovely tour of the Starlet gallery, then spent the rest of the time on Reef Beach foraging for Emmas Jumbalaya, and seaweed for Penny to sample as she wants to eat it and finding stones, shells and rope for me. We were a bit intrigued to see a man sprinkling salt along the beach? Yes salt! Penny asked why and apparently if there are any razor shell fish below they shoot up to the surface and can be caught if you are quick.....no, he hadnt caught any....ever :)
