Have just seen this in the gym. From what I know about the integrity of intervertebral discs, I would highly advise against this particular movement. It will grind away your discs and with enough repetitions, your spine will ultimately break. Are there any other opinions out there that would challenge this? I would welcome some constructive criticism. For now, to my precious patients, I would ask u plz, do not try this ever!
