Have just sent my first family UM (unaccompanied minor) my 9 year old Grandson Lawrence from Vila to Brisbane on flight NF 20 on Fri 9 Jan. I reconfirmed the day before so at check in all the required paper work was ready for me to fill in. Check in was a breeze and Lawrence was soon through immigration and security. Flight attendant Merry Tasaruru was in charge of the rear cabin with Lawrence in row 29 near 3 flight attendants, rear galley (FOOD) and 2 toilets. Lawrence later reported top service. TUFF TUMAS! During check in and during the 3 hour flight, the Mother Leona in Brisbane was texting Apu in Vila on how things were progressing. Leona then texts Apu Awesome AirVan staff Bne ( Murray I think) ....rang to confirm he was on flight, then rang to say he had landed. tuff tumas:)))) Dont think you can get better service than this! Well done AirVan and Lawrence is now trying to convince his Mum to return on the next holidays!
