Have to brag a minute on my awesome kiddos. We tell them that they can do extracurricular activities as long as their grades are acceptable and they can maintain the work load without added stress to our family. Trey has FINALLY found a healthy balance (one sport at a time and a break in between) and is self pacing himself. Im proud of the growth that he has shown in more areas than one. We have completely backed off this year to allow him to grow (no reminders to study, no reminders to finish homework, no reminders to do projects) and he is excelling! Meg has the craziest schedule and never once complains that she doesnt want to put the work in. She is excited for every school day, practice, lesson, test, etc and gives 100% every time. She is currently practicing 2 sports while also taking private lessons in between. She is non-stop but still brought home all As. Caitlyn has hit the ground running in Kindergarten. We knew she would do great. It is exciting to see her growing and learning so much as such a fast pace. I didnt soak it all in with the other two like I do her. I guess thats the joy of your last. She is a determined little thing and I cant wait to see what she accomplishes. I thank God every day for these precious gifts! We are raising 3 completely different kids that are so unique BUT equally as awesome as the other! I am one blessed mama!
