Have to say, Im a bit (OK, so alot!) disturbed this evening. Received the equipment in the mail today to do my 2 night sleep study at home. Thought this was going to be great as its in my own home, own bed. And Im sure it is. The company, Virtuox, has made a BIG mistake however. The paperwork I am supposed to sign and return to them with the equipment, you know, the one with your personal info on it, has already been filled out by another patient. Yup, I now have his name, phone number, social. Wonder how many other times they have made this mistake? Needless to say, I wont be using this equipment as directed. Who knows, may have his study info on it as well. And all you get with the phone number on weekends is technical support. No one with the company to be able to talk to regarding this. :(
