Have to share this neat little, easy 1-2 serving wheat free bread recipe that you can make in about 3 minutes for anybody doing the no carb or low carb thing......1/3 cup almond flour, 1TBL ground flaxseed, 1/2 tsp. baking powder, 1/8 tsp. salt, 1 beaten egg, 2 1/2 TBL olive oil. Stir with a fork to combine. Grease a small coffee mug (or I used a small 4 x 4 rubbermaid container) and pop in the microwave on high for 1 1/2 minutes. Pop out of the container and let cool a bit. Actually very tasty and bread like! I am excited to have this new and tasty, quick option!
