Have to vent. I purchased my husband 2 pair of pants two weeks ago from Palais Royal. He did not like 1 pair which I paid $60.00 for. We went to the store today to exchange the $60.00 pair. I did not have the receipt. The tags were still on the pants. For a $60.00 pair of pants they would only give me a $13.00 credit. I have never heard of a return policy like this. I will never purchase another item from any of their stores. If this is the way they treat their customers, I will not be one of them. Stores should not be allowed to treat their customers like this and expect them to return.
