The site also features a career center designed to connect former NCAA student-athletes at all stages of their professional careers with prospective employers. Research revealed this was the number one service former NCAA student-athletes wanted from the program. Additional research revealed some employers are specifically looking to hire former student-athletes because they bring intangible skills learned from competing at the highest levels of academics and athletics. Right now, former NCAA student-athletes are posting resumes, searching for employment and consuming career advice inside the NCAA Former Student-Athlete Career Center at no cost. And employers are looking to hire them.
