Have you checked out Runner Unleasheds page yet? Shes such an inspiration to me because she runs in spite of the fact that she has to deal with painful Scoliosis on a daily basis. I had the opportunity to meet and spend time with her and her wonderful family when we were in Orlando a couple of weeks ago and we all became fast friends. Youll love her page because its not only inspirational but she also provides lots of training and stretching tips.
