Have you ever heard ANY President say before about a Possible Nuclear Target like Manhattan before it even being hit...unless our country was at war? Only someone who is playing a dangerous game of cat and mouse would come out openly and say this to the American People. 4 things came to mind when I heard this: Either is openly letting the American people know its on the agenda very soon, his own time is coming to a close and hes got nothing to loose by saying this, he is seriously fear mongering the country into submission or he has totally lost it. Whats your take on this?
