Have you ever thought about why you are so exhausted after grocery shopping? You go through the store and select the items you need and put them in the grocery cart, you take them to the check out and unload them, then you put them back into the cart, you unload the cart and put them in your car, take them home and take them out of the car and then you have to put them up. That is why I usually take home some fast food because I am too tired to cook.
