Have you ever waited in line on the day your favorite phone came - TopicsExpress

Have you ever waited in line on the day your favorite phone came out?? If so, you know it looks like this! Today Rodan and Fields Acute Care was available to our existing Preferred Customers at a special introductory price. There was so much interest that we completely obliterated our servers and the system crashed as soon as thousands of us started inputting our customers orders! It was stressful and aggravating as times as we wanted to give our customers the best possible service and get their orders in for them. I sat down at the computer at 10am. Its 10:20pm and I still havent gotten all of the orders in!!! SO this is me after 12 hours at the computer, not a lot of luck and my Giants losing game 2 of the World Series. I learned a lot today! First, I confirmed what I have been saying for over a year~I wouldnt want to be representing ANY OTHER COMPANY right now! Even with the growing pains we experienced today, the company is doing everything possible for us to get it done!!! In more ways than one! They have offered us an incredible opportunity to change our futures and change the futures of everyone else we introduce to the business or to the products. This is a perfect time to get on and trained and ready to take full advantage of the monumental growth (especially once January gets here and Acute Care is available to everyone!) I also was given a HUGE blessing by someone on my team in Illinois that I have never met! As we all shared our frustration and stories or what was working and what wasnt with the system issues, this wonderful young lady messaged me and offered to help!!!!! Somehow, she was fortunate enough to get 10 of my orders pushed through for me!! That represented half of those I was trying to get input! Now that most East Coast and Mid West consultants have gone to bed, the system is lightening up and I should have no problem getting the rest done! But wow, how wonderful of her to give of HER time to help me! Thats how our team works!!!! We help each other through the hard times and praise each other for the happy times! Now, I am off to try to get those last orders in and make sure I can keep all of my very special Preferred Customers happy!! The sale was while supplies last and they knew that, but I will do everything within my power to make sure these orders get in! Tomorrow, if everything isnt resolved, the company has answers to help us with all of the orders we had any problems with. And then on to help others!! I truly LOVE what I am doing now. And wow what a problem to have! A system overloaded by orders for amazing products!!!
