Have you ever wanted something so bad that every minute without it hurts. Since the age of 15 all Ive known was work. I missed important moments with my family due to the lack of sick says or vacation a job wasnt willing to give me. At times I never cared about working 40 plus hours due to the fact that I was helping my family. Now that Ive embarked on a new journey in life I realize watching the sunrise on a beach with my wife is worth more than all the overtime I could ever work. My purpose for working is to provide a better lifestyle and luxuries for my family. What Ive come to notice is with all the hours Ive accumulated this year I still havent earned enough money to afford all the memories Ive missed out on. At the beginning of the year in January I made a conscious decision that by the year 2015 work would be a choice not an obligation. Every day Im alive Im going to take a step towards that goal, and Im taking the people whove join me in this journey with me.
