Have you make your 2015 decisions yet? I have set a few new goals for myself: - Complete my 1st Triathlon - Get my body fat down to 15% and get ‘em abs :) - Do proper meal planning, pack my meals. What are YOUR goals? Now, once you have your goals its important to find ways to support you in achieving them. Did you know that most people don’t even make “resolutions” anymore? Why? Because they know they wont follow thru…. Are you like that? For those that do still set new resolutions, do you know that by statistics most have already given up by Jan. 15th? I can tell you that by my experience I have learned that it’s really challenging to do it on your own. Support, encouragement, accountability really are key elements to be successful in sticking to your plan. That’s why I am such a believer of our challenge concept. Our next one is starting Jan. 13th (perfecly day to start based on those stats). Join us.
