Have you noticed , when you go out to see a band these days the amount of lead singers that have to read the words to their songs, some who have been doing the same set for years looking down at a Big Book every few seconds even on the chorus . You did not see that years ago I,m glad to say( it just aint Rock-n-Roll ) An old Traditional English folk singer Fred Jordan ( one of the greatest) told us many years ago in his rich Shropshire accent ,, Learn your song , and know it before you get up in front of people, it dont look right reading your song from a book . R.I.P Fred Jordan you were right old boy. What do you think ???????????????????
