Then you should know that you are helping dishonest, cynical profiteers make Big Bux by ripping off real reporters and deceiving progressives. Its not your fault. Its not the fault of anyone who reposts content from these and similar sources. Its done in good faith, and to spread a progressive message. They work very hard to design their posts so as to convince you to share them. But the truth is these sources, and many other commonly shared on Facebook and Twitter, as owned by a stunningly dishonest man, Mathew Desmond Kerry, who makes a fortune by stealing content from real journalists who do the real work to bring you real news, then using that stolen content to feed his own greed. My New Year resolution is to expose these thieving frauds, educate people about why they should never, ever share anything they post for any reason and put a stop to their illegal, unethical greed mongering. So, if I point out that something youve shared is stolen, dont take it personally. Instead, do a little research and then join me in fighting the good fight. The independent journalists doing the actual work are often doing so at great personal risk. Trust me on this, theyre not getting rich, either.
