Havent done THOUGHTS ON THE GYM in a while so here I go 1. Dear Old school leather weight belt, gloves and skinny legs guy... just stop please. 2. Watched guys do pathetic quarter squats w 135lbs then do high rep box jumps from kneeling position. Impressive...confusing?? 3. Spin class is conditioning. Yoga and Pilates is restorative work. Weight training builds strength and changes body composition. None of it is much help without a quality nutrition plan. 4. Too often overlooked exercises for everyone from beginners - advanced = Turkish get ups and loaded carries.
