Havent noticed much of a pro 66 campaign but could be because we dont really watch TV and Id guess most money raised has been spent on TV ads (and, hopefully, targeted outreach/turnout efforts in neighborhoods more critical to this issue than ours). Generally support 66 but my sense is that a tax issue this big needs a monumental effort to win statewide. Turnout in off-year all mail ballot election is a wildcard. Complaints about out of state money are tiresome. Now lets turn our attention to Denvers referred initiatives...
