Havering council are complete morons- fact. My orange recycle bags are the only ones left ( often the only ones out tbh) down our street. Cabs washed out boxes folded no spillage. So why not collect them. Rather than add to the ozone layer by driving to the town hall and emptying said contents on the doorstep. I will now be putting the orange sacks ( still being green in my eyes) into a black bag and shoving it out with the rest of the garbage. Rant contained but over!
