Having a “free will” is a core component of being human even if the “conscious will” is an illusion (amazon/Illusion-Conscious-Will-Bradford-Books/dp/0262731622). Sometimes, people are just not ready for something greater yet one cannot overwrite the autonomy of the individual and must work through other ways to enhance their understanding leading to conscious acceptance of the change. Humans must accelerate the evolution through technological breakthroughs yet diversity of thought must be maintained by preserving the “individuality/free will”. Watched a thought provoking movie “Transcendence” and recommend you to watch it. Rotten Tomatoes gives it a 13% rating, another proof that anything intelligent is totally misunderstood while soap operas garner large audience.
