Having a weight loss goal is a great "start"! But your journey does not begin and end with that goal! There is no "END". Losing weight is the easy part. Keeping it off PERMANENTLY is the part most people struggle with. Having a maintenance plan in place is critical. You will need that in place until the changes you made to lose the weight become your new "Normal". Then you have to master the art of balance, the 80/20 method so you can be healthy and enjoy life! So do yourself a favour! Stop wishing for the "END" stop trying to make this marathon a sprint to the finish line. Enjoy the journey and focus on all the positive steps you make everyday!
