Having been really enjoying a cup of raw Pu-erh tea after dinner - TopicsExpress

Having been really enjoying a cup of raw Pu-erh tea after dinner for this winter. Grew up in the Fu-Jian province, Tie Guan Yin is our conventional after dinner tea. I started serving raw Pu-erh not long ago after my teenage child had a try and loved it immediately. We have been ‘needing’ it since. Pu-erh is known to add digestion and reduce cholesterol level. Being suggestible or not, I feel the ‘naturalising’ effect of it after a winter rich dinner. I am very interested in other Pu-erh tea drinkers’ opinion on this.
