Having read my feature a couple of weeks ago in the Sunday Mail magazine, a lovely lady came all the way to the studio yesterday to give me this beautiful piece of Harris Tweed. Shes had it for over 30 years after her late husband brought it back from a trip to the Outer Hebrides and would like it to be used rather than sitting in her cupboard! Im blown away, so kind of her. Its a really beautiful and unusual colour, so many ideas running through my head but want to take time to create something very special with it.
