Having reviewed the video footage taken of a) the detention of Terence William Howard of We Are Change Gloucestershire and wearechangeuk.org under the Road Traffic act and b) the detention of members of the public under suspicion of aggravated trespass, both in Forthampton Gloucestershire, we wish to ask Warwickshire Constabulary and Gloucestershire Constabulary one question at this moment in time: "You detained members of the public on behalf of the National Farmers Union, a corporate entity. Was this a lawful detention?" - The video in question will be uploaded to YouTube and other media outlets no later than Saturday evening. Media and legal organisations have requested unedited copies of this video. To followers of We Are Change a question for you: "Are you comfortable with the Police service detaining a member of the public on behalf of a corporate entity?"
