Having some angst re: QED: A Place to Show & Tell that I hope yall can help me with. I know people LOVE their coffee, especially when writing, but I know I wont do coffee better than any coffee shop. I really dont know much about coffee at all. I like a simple cup from my deli and Im good to go. Plus the equipment is very expensive! At the end of the day, Im not running a coffee shop or bar, Im opening a performance space & learning center. So, how do I reconcile the two? I am contemplating just having simple pots of coffee available like you see at some delis or gas stations OR maybe individual french presses so that all I need is a hot water dispense (which can also be used for tea and those nifty oatmeal in a cup things) and some ground coffee. Is coffee much easier and cheaper than Im making it out to be? Help!
