Having some bible study this morning and my friend Stephanie Heron suggested we start in Job! What a great suggestion! I started by saying I feel like Im in a Job moment right now, and was reminded by Stephanie that Job was actually faultless to begin with and remained faithful through his trial! So actually Im not like Job at all. I am Full of fault, and lacking in faith! Lord help me and save me from myself! It was a reality check for sure. Then I read Job 5...... And I would say it is the best conjunction yet! Job 5: 18, 19.... He wounds, BUT he binds up, He shatters, BUT he heals. So pretty much regardless of your situation, most of the time self inflicted situation....remember the BUT! All of those adages are true: God is not finished with you yet! God brings you to it and will bring your through it! Who else BUT God! Have a happy sabbath folks!
