Having some deep conversations on one of my groups so i thought i would share... Primo Levi said of his experience in Auschwitz that there is no human experience that does not have some value. That was about a concentration camp! If he could find value in that experience, certainly we can find value in the guy cutting us off in the grocery line, the friend who is untrue or the bee that stings us in the head. And i am not saying we should just be happy all the time, that is not human and even our sorrow and anger and rage have meaning. But i think it is the height of wisdom to realize that ultimately, everything is wonderful and that this life is a beautiful play, a beautiful joke even. And i mean that in a profound and positive way. Life IS but a joke. And it is a wonderful thing that makes us laugh and cry and feel. Hoka Hey, it is a good day to die according to the Sioux blessing. Realize when we come to our final breath that we should turn to the universe and say thank you and that if today is my day to go, i will pass with a shout of blessing upon my lips that i was able to be here, among all of you amazing people who have walked and wound your way into the pages of my story. Whoa... this got deeper than i thought it would. https://youtube/watch?v=yH_CfkNUC_g
