Having some interesting chats with some of our older members this morning about exercising in general,the impression people get is to exercise you need to be young and in shape but you get in shape by exercising and you can start at any age for example we have a fair few members who started training after they turned 60 and there fitness,bp,cholesterol and general health is much more improved and none of this has been down to magic pills or meal sups its just down to hard work and commitment oh and the main thing watching what they eat,so when you get youngsters (and in there eyes Im a youngster 31) saying I cant or refusing to look after their health trust me when you hit 60+ you will regret your choices you made.
