Having tried the Hong Kong Bistro, I can recommend it for those who like Asian cuisine. They have order-from-the-menu Thai, Japenese, and Chinise choices and a sushi bar. This is on the right side of the restaurant; the left side still offers the Super Buffet. The bento box for lunch came with miso soup and all that you see on the tray: salad with ginger dressing, vegetable tempura, jasmine rice, California roll sushi, and my choice of entree: pad-see-u (there are many other selections, as seen on the menu).
