Hawks lost, 7-2 to the Predators. Khabibulin in the goal let in the first two goals before being pulled with an injury. Crawford goes in for him, but lets in another 5 goals, while the Hawks only manage to get 2 in response, thanks to Kaner and Pirri, (I think it was Pirri). On the plus side, its only their third loss so far, and it was great to see Kris Versteeg back to wearing the Indian head. Another plus: I GOT THE REPLICA RING!!!! Yeah, the giveaway at the Hawks Road Watch party tonight was the replica championship ring to the first 100 customers. I got there an hour and a half before the game started, and there were already about 50 other fans there. Its a nice ring, and Im keeping it! Also got autographs from Meghan and Lauren, the Ice Crew girls who were there, and Gene Honda greeted me with that special tone of voice he has only for me: WHAT? WHAT?! YOU AGAIN?! LETS GO, HAWKS!!!!! :)
