Hay guys, some know, some dont so here it is. Today was my last day working as a PT at Invigr8 Health Club 24/7. I have been there for a very long time and we all feel that its time to move on and move forward. I have had a lot of good memories/times in that gym and being apart of the close knit family for so long makes it tough to move on. Thanks to everyone at Invig for the memories ha ha. I will be still working as a PT although from home for the time being until I am in the position of opening my own strength training facility. This is something I have wanted to do for many years but never backed myself against the wall and had to do it. I lacked the confidence to cut myself off and have been getting too fat and too comfortable. With the support of my loving wife Rebecca and her undying belief in me, I am chasing the dream. Those that truly know me, understand. The clients that are continuing to work with me and are taking the next step with me, I am forever grateful. If nothing else, realise we are Bound by the chains of our own choosing (Mark Twight) and of course one of the best quotes (taken from the original Invictus) I am the master of my fate, I am the captain of my soul.
