He appeared in a human body, was proved right by the invisible Spirit, was seen by angels. He was proclaimed among all kinds of peoples, believed in all over the world, taken up into heavenly glory. 1 TIMOTHY 3:16 When I read stories about the birth of Jesus in Matthew and Luke, one thing that sticks out is that many of the people who saw the little baby Jesus up close responded in praise and worship: It says in Luke 1:67: Zachariah was filled with the Holy Spirit and prophesied, Blessed be the Lord, the God of Israel; he came and set his people free. I can just imagine how Zachariah was singing and praising what had finally come to pass. He might have even danced a little jig... LOL And Mary said== Im bursting with God-news; Im dancing the song of my Savior God...........................Its exactly what He promised, beginning with Abraham and right up to now. LUKE 1:46-55 Think about the BEST news youve received or the BEST gift youve ever gotten. What did you do when you heard that news of got that gift? Did you let out a squeal (or in the guys case, a holler) of excitement? Or, were you so moved that you started to cry? One thing is FOR SURE.... You did something!!!! If you were filled with joy & excitement on the inside; then it showed up somehow on the outside... Jesus IS the GREATEST gift this world has ever received!!!! Wooo-Hooo!!!! When Mary, Jesus mother, & Zachariah, John the Baptists father, heard the news, they responded in PRAISE. They were so excited that Jesus had come for them, but they both were also filled with praise when they thought about ALL the people who WOULD be saved because of the Messiah. PSALM 104:1=Praise the LORD, O my soul, Oh Lord my God...
