The United States Constitution set up a congress from which all monetary bills were to originate. Our US Census was not for social engineering, it was to ensure that the congressional representation was proportioned to the actual population. This was done to undergird the principle of “No Taxation without Representation.” The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) undermines this principle with myriads of regulations, which are written by bureaucrats and are not ratified by Congress. The Constitution Party of Wisconsin (CPoW) position is that the IRS and the federal income tax must be abolished. As long as we have a tax code of which the average American can never fully comply, our citizens will continue to be at the mercy of the whims of IRS bureaucrats.
