He has had nothing but obstruction from the Republican party even more so than FDR and Truman did. Republicans have only supported Obama going to War, ironically that is all they did to support Truman during the Korean War to fight Communist aggression. Republicans fought Give Em Hell Harry on every Domestic issue including a raise in the minimum wage and price control to stop inflation after WWII, but when he asked for 40 billion dollars to go to war against Communist North Korea, the Republican Controlled Congress wasnt hesitate to fund Trumans War on Communism at all.
