He that hath no rule over his own spirit is like a city that is broken down, and without walls.....Proverbs 25:28.......A weakened saint of GOD is like a piece of metal being heated to strengthen it, if over exposed to the heat it can lose its temper so to speak and be weakened, but placed at the right temperature for the precise time strengthens it!! That is how anger is, if pinned down for to long of a period it flares up and explodes, so let us control our anger building a life and attribute of temperance, not allowing anger to govern out thoughts and intents, making a better judgement then with uncontrolled anger.........He that is slow to anger is better than the mighty; and he that ruleth his spirit than he that taketh a city.
