He would also have to be somewhat immortal for one dude to keep going at it this long. The 007 tag and Bond name were as I always saw it, spy-craft, nothing but cover names not an actual individual. So long as they have a good actor, which Idris Elba undoubtedly is, combined with a solid script and director it will be James Bond, regardless of skin pigment. So I would hope that bursts this bit of nonsense.
