Head Asset Management Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Job Description: Job Purpose: •Ensure the proper development and monitoring of the investment funds products Responsibilities: •Monitor the profitability and growth of the company’s Funds •Supervise and guiding fund managers investment decisions •Participate in setting company’s investment strategy •Study financial and technical analysis to refine/define required investment strategy and decision in managing the funds •Chair weekly fund review meetings with individual fund managers to define/refine fund short and long term investment strategy •Ensure that all investments are in accordance with the overall investment objectives and Company policy/guidelines •Oversee the general running of the business unit and ensure operations compliance with internal and regulatory policies and requirements •Support the funds product development •Ensure proper funds products support and marketing is done by Customer Service Assistant •Review account opening and subscription/redemption customer requests •Supervise market research and technical analysis to produce and distribute market analysis reports •Prepare periodical progress status reports about the Company’s performance and compare with plans and objectives •Provide all necessary support to the Fund Manager Desired Profile: •Preferably Saudi or Bahraini National •Master’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis on banking and finance or equivalent •CFA •At least 10 years of experience in Investment Funds Management, out of which 5 years in a supervisory position within a leading bank or an investment company •Decision maker •Analytical thinker •Achievement oriented •Accountable & responsible •Excellent communicator •Technical Skills: Computer literate including knowledge of MS Office •Languages: Read, speak, and write Arabic and English.
