Head Office Manager Based at: Razzamataz Theatre Schools, Head Office, Atlas Works, Nelson Street, Carlisle CA2 5NB Position reports to: Denise Gosney, Managing Director Job Purpose Summary: To manage the daily running of the office and to support the franchise network with operational matters in an efficient and professional manner. Hours of work: Monday- Friday 9am-5pm, plus some Saturdays during term time. Some travel up and down the UK from time to time is required to assist with new franchise launches and Show Cases. Salary: upto £17,000 per annum Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities: The Head Office manager will provide both clerical and administrative support to the franchise network and management team at Head Office and the flagship school in Carlisle. The role plays a vital part in the administration and smooth-running of the business. You will be involved with the coordination and implementation of office procedures and frequently have responsibility for specific projects and tasks. The role will vary greatly depending on the business needs. Most work involves both written and oral communication, word processing, and requires relevant skills in IT, organisational and presentation skills, as well as the ability to multi-task and work well under pressure. Manage the administrative side of the Franchise Head Office on a day to day basis ensuring standards, procedures and resources are maintained and improved Carry out a range of administrative and IT related tasks Answer all calls in a polite and professional manner Manage and set standards for all enquiries for new business Respond to franchisee and customer enquiries Key support for the senior management team Co ordinate Franchise training Support in the development of key annual projects Ability to use a variety of office software Maintain supplies of stationery and equipment Management of social media Process merchandise orders and maintain appropriate stock levels Review and implement audits Maintain the website Adhere to the requirements of the Data Protection Act Adhere to all Health and Safety Requirements Maintain regular and effective communication within the network Attend management meetings as required Facilitate webinars and conference calls A CRB/Chaperone licence will be required.
