Head On! What to wear? New trend? Cap or beanie? Well Im gonna pack it up all together now in this funny productreview. And also a bit inspired by Mads Grossel. I think he was the one that I saw the first time with this idea when Savage Gear was starting up. So that must be like certainly seven years ago!? But let me start at the beginning. What to wear when you are going out fishing... A cap is something that most of us are wearing while fishing. Really easy and you dont have to worry about your haircut. And Im a guy that wears caps allmost every day. I rather spend my money on something else then at the local barbershop. But back to the cap! A cap is nice when the sun is shining cause it gives a good shade while watching over the water or while fighting a fish. But when temperature is dropping a cap doesnt give you real protection against wind, rain and coldness. So then the Beanie is a welcome product to wear. And not only when you are outside. I dont like to pull over my sleepingbag over my head during the night so then a beanie is also nice to wear. Nothing worse then getting a cold on your head, waking up and allready half sick. That doesnt make your fishingday for sure. And coming home like that is also not really a good option. With other words if you go out with certain temperatures(cold or hot)some head-wear comes in handy! Well and then back to that day I made this pictures with a funny application on my Ipad. It also remembered me what Mads did as I mentioned before. He made the combination of a cap and beanie together. Yes! As you can see thats also possible and it doesnt look that bad at all. Certainly not while being on the water with some wind, a cold day but still with some sun. You should try it yourself... Big up to mister Grossel.
