Head of Compliance MINIMUM EXPERIENCE : Minimum 5 years of Compliance, risk audit or other relevant experience. JOB PURPOSE To develop, implement and manage the compliance program across our client, ensuring legal compliance to all applicable regulations to client. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES : Develop and maintain a contractual and legislative compliance framework for Client. Facilitate the risk prioritization for all regulations by working with the Risk Management team and respective business areas accordingly. Monitor any contractual covenants and new legislative requirements and confirm if applicable to Client. Analyze and send out alerts on the new regulation to inform the Area owner of the new requirements. Facilitate a periodical review of the applicable legislations by legal experts. Manage the internal compliance reporting and investigation process. Escalate urgent compliance matters to top management. Prepare compliance performance and assessment reports for the CEO and management. COMMUNICATIONS & WORKING RELATIONSHIPS : INTERNAL : •Interacts with department managers on compliance matters. •Interacts with Internal Audit on matters of risk management.
