Head of Operations & SCM, AU will be responsible to bring and implement the best Operational Excellence and Optimal SCM practice. - Head of Operations & SCM, AU is responsible for overseeing and closely cooperating with the entire Supply Chain, including and not limited to Logistic, Warehouse, Procurement, and Sales Operations. Core Requirements: - Head of Operations & SCM, AU must have ideally total 15 years of working experiences and with min of 5 years of leadership/people management experiences. Since the Head of Operations & SCM will be responsible for around 30 headcounts. - Head of Operations & SCM, AU must have hybrid and well-rounded profile of SCM and Opearations handling high value equipment products. As the Head of Operations & SCM, AU will also involve in the overall operations, familiarity with P&L will be advantageous. Hands-on experiences on residential/home solutions are a plus.
